Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - hey this was my day! i think it was pretty good but i dont know. breakfast: special K bar and cup of OJ. lunch: turkey sandwhich and grapes. Snack:100 cal pack of pudding. Dinner:vegetable soup and beets. Snack: an apple. now i'm going to work out for about 45 minutes.

not bad! i think you should eat more though. aim for 1500 calories a day. because your body could go into starvation mode and hold on to every calorie you eat so in the long run making you gain weight. but its obvious your not trying to starve yourself so just add a little more to your meals and youll be fine. good luck :)
