Ht. 5'2", Wt. 132 - Today wasn't good for weight loss :( I was sick and tried to eat stuff that would not make me..more sick
Breakfest: Nothing in a rush AGAIN.
Lunch: Water, French Fries, and hamburger buns -The burger looked really gross- (I reallly like french fries, but the school makes them themselves so they're not as bad as the fast food ones, I hope)
Snack: For foods class we had to do Apple Pie evaulation for my group, I made it myself, and it was really good :)!
Dinner: I had a feel better rice soup thing that my friend told me to make if I was sick, it's basically rice and sugar. But it works, and more water with that! :D
So, yeah, lacking a lot today. Not too good. We have no veggies here though which stinks.

You could've eaten a whole lottt better than that, Lola! Your lunch was completely unhealthy, there was no food in there that you need or that keeps you fueled...you should've eaten something with meat, veggies or whole grains. Eat with variety. The water was good though :) Make sure you don't eat school lunch, bring your own! Snack sounds ok...and as long as you made it yourself it can't be bad because you know what ingrediants you put in it. If you eat healthier you'll feel better too (since you're sick). Also, 132 seems fine to me...lol. Good Luck!!
