Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - Hey evryone! I just weghed myself today...I lied last week I weigh 169.8 and I though it was just water weight or somethin but now I am 169.8 :0( after the holidays it was crazy. ALthough I've lost inches, so maybe it's a little bit of muscle?? Fod today: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfaat french toast w/ sugar free syrup, strawberries, skim milk/Snack: lowfat mixed bery sereal bar, low fat organic string cheese/Lunch: Healthy Choice chicken gumbo soup, lowfat yogurt, grapes/Snack: 1 whole cucmber cut up into slices with 2 tb of this awesome guacamole dip (avacad, a good fat, with diced tomatoe and oniopns on top) no added salt or anything and it was deeeeelish! Dinner: (plan) 1 slice lowfat pizza, brocli rabe, some other carb and/or veggie porbably, LOL/Exercise: none, way too sore from yesterday! Oh and I have jewlry class from 6-8 (before dinner) so I'll probably have an almond bar before i leave. How'd I do??

you did good, and it seems like you did gain a little bit of muscle because you've been doing pretty good lately!

Your food sounds mostly all healthy and oh so YUMMY, but I think you may be eating a bit too much? Try to always do some excercise even if you don't feel good. Oohh I didn't know they made sugar free syrup, thanks for posting that I gotta get some!

That's great! but make sure to exercise consistently, if your muscles are sore that means the exercise is working! and that's good...keep working out and the pain will gradually go away but don't stop. The first time I ever did situps...I remember this burning feeling in my rib cage and it hurt everytime I got up from a sitting position or everytime I laughed but I forced myself to do situps everyday after that even with all the pain and the pain melted away. It'll only strenghthen your muscles. Good Luck! :)
