Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - Hi everyone! I havent had dinner yet but this is how ive done so far.
BF: oatmeal-160cals; milk-90cals
Lunch: chips (not very much)-150 cals; fruit and yogurt-150 cals
Exercise: 40 min on the treadmill

depending on how many cals your consuming at dinner, id say you werent getting enough cals. try to stick to an average of around 1400 a day to lose weight. a good way to work out hw many cals your body actually needs to maintain its weight is to times ur weight in pounds by 15 e.g i weigh 161lbs x 15 = 2415 so if i eat 1400 cals per day in a week im saving 7105 cals which divided by 3500 makes just over 2lbs!

chips is not a good lunch. try 3 lean turkey slices on whole wheat bread with mustard it's yummy.
