Ht. 5'2", Wt. 150 - So I have never posted here so I thought I would try it. Lets see, I dont look too overweight but I feel it terribly. My biggest problem is binge eatting. I always eat. I am home schooled so I do a ton of sitting and not much activity. I think the thing I need to do most is stop eatting so much and so junky. I know other people have this problem so whats a good and slow way to go about stopping eatting so much and so bad?

Drink 3 sodas per week and NO desserts. Excersize 30 minutes a day, no matter what it is. This should help you eat healthier, like a little boost. After that cut your meals in half when you go out, unless it is soup (not cream based). Ask your parents to have you do PE everyday to get you up and out of your chair. Good luck! You can do it, I know you can!
