Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - yay i ate healthy today! I haven't had enough calories yet, but I'll eat more tonight and tomorrow add more to my earlier meals. But exercise today was good. Track was INTENSE. We did a short warmup (prob. about 1/2 mile).. then strides and plyos.. then a run (1.6 miles) that ended on a big hill. then we did hills (5) which are you jog down and sprint up. but i was to tired to sprint, so I jogged down and jogged a little faster up. and i walked a few steps the way down but nothing significant. then we took this really heavy ball and did throws with them to eachother. then we did 3 sets of 10 pushups. then we did stairs. going up and down is 1, and we did 7. then we did 7 more going up every other step.

That's awesome! I would love to have to do that for a workout. It would make me really tired but it would work wonders! The only prob is 1. there is no track team and 2. I don't really like working out in public, except in PE.
