Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - Food tofay: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfat French toast w/ sugar fre syrup and strawberries, skim milk/Lunch: 2 lowfat meatballs and 1 very smal slice of plain cheese pizza/Snack: lowfat mixed berry graonla bar/Dinner: salald, brocli rabe, 6 (a serving) of boxed pierogi (3grams saturated fat total, no trans fats) with a dab of Organic Smart Balalnce spread, baked pera. No exercise today, I have a high school intervbiew tomorrow and will be work my butt of tryin to finish my project! And the reason I didin't eat that much for snacks today was becuase I wasn't hungry between meals. GO figure.

You ate plenty between meals, what do you normally eat? Good job but excercise is a must! =)
