Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - so i decided i need to eat more calories in the morning, because i eat 1500 calories a day, but most of those are at night. Thats perfectly healthy, but not now that I do track. So, do you guys this this was good for breakfast: A whole wheat wrap with 2 tbs peanut butter, 1 banana, and 1/2 cup milk to drink. It was about 310 calories. Is that good?

So try this: Get frozen berries, milk, ice and some protein powder and blend it. Then drink that along with one piece of whole wheat toast with out anything on it. It is good, but it isn't the best for a freezing morning.
