Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 - Today!
Meal one: 1 slice wheat bread, 1 tbsp lowfat mayo, mustard, 2 slices turkey, fruit salad [1/2 small banana, 1/2 pear, a few sliced strawberries], 1 2 handfuls goldfish pretzels, diet pepsi
Meal two: 2 slices wheat bread, 2 slices turkey, 1 tbsp lowfat mayo, 1 handful goldfish pretzels, diet pepsi
Meal three: 1 pasta lean cuisine, diet pepsi
Exercise: 30 minute walk on the treadmill && i played in the snow alot and sledded and went walking in the snow and built a snowman! :DD
Am i doing good???

Try to limit yourself to 1 diet pop per day, that much aspartame is really bad for you. Eventually you should aim for 1 diet pop a week.
