Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Hey, my SAT is over so now I can focus on working out (if I don't procrastinate!)...does anyone know how much weight I can lose by the first week of January...like January 5 (my birthday) lol Also I've been having this problem for a long time...eating infront of other people. Just eating regularly infront of like guests that are over my house, I find it to be so unfortable and it's basically because I'm so self concious and I hate it.

Starting today you can probably loose 15 pounds if you stick to it. I used to be the same way, but just relax, and remember that they are your guest, and aren't trying to judge you or your eating.

don't be self concious around others, eating is a normal part of every1 and u shouldn't feel about that. also you can probably lose around 8-10 lbs by january 5 with proper diet and exercise
