Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - Food today: Breakfast: 3 whole grain fat free pancakes, one slice Candian bacon (lean ham), lowfat hot cocoa (the ones with antioxidents) made with skim milk/Lunch: 1 small slice cheese pizza, 2 lowfat pierogi (made with olive oil, not butter), broccoli and spinach/DInner: split pea soup, some kind of other veggie/Dessert: probably 1 scoop lowfat ice cream with strawberries/Esercise: going up and down stairs all afternoon (I had to help the Lunch with Santa at my school). I'm also realkly porud of myself becuase at the Brekafast With Santa I had no donuts or cookies or any food, just ajuice box becuase I was thirtsy! :0) How did I do??

It sounds like you eat a lot, but healthy stuff.
