Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145 - do you guys know how to lose butt and thighs?? like any exercise. and how much weight do you guess think i can lose in 3 months please. before i lost 13 pounds in 2 months but now i gained all of it back...please help me.. thank you guess..

Alot of squats and Boot Camp cardio workouts should help you loose 10-15 in two months, around about 2 pounds a week......

Cardio is good for toning up your body (including your butt and thighs). I think you can lose 10 + lbs in 3 months if you work hard. Good Luck!!
