Ht. 5'5", Wt. 186 - Me n a couple of my friends went for a bike ride for about 2 hours before lunch and we went back to one of my friend's house n her mom told us that we can eat w/e we want for a couple of hours b/c our metabolism is boosted up or something and we wont gain weight is that true?????

no it's not, plus all the calories u burned are waisted that way

Even though you continue to loose weight 2-3 hours after you eat and or excersise, your matabolim still isn't high enough to eat a whole lot. Remember just to stick to something light, that way you'll burn more, and remeber lots of water and you should burn alot even after the bike ride....

well your metabolism is boosted up a little bit, but not enough to eat a HUGE amount of calories. besides, that would be to maintain your weight, not lose weight.
