Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I don't think I did very good today but I'd like feedback anyways! Breakfast: cheerios w/ 1% milk & a banana; Lunch: low-fat grahmcrackers & carrots; Snack: apple; Dinner: spaghetti, 2 pretzel rods, rasperries, & a cup of 1% milk; Dessert: low fat popcorn & 1/2 a sugar cookie; Excercise...umm walking around at stores? not bad at all.. the only thing is next time exercise, and for lunch, have something that will keep you fuller for longer.
