Ht. 5'4", Wt. 189 - I started basketball training in school today it was hard but i kept up as best as i could i done about 5 laps of the hall and played in the practice match thingy. i felt really tired after it but then a little later i felt really good so i'm going to keep on going it can only get easyer for me right? The only thing i must sort out is my calorie intake if i get that right i think i should be ok. if anybody wants to be diet buddys my msn address is ktannerobbo@hotmail.com i really need help with motavation.

Instead of doing five laps and them being a breeze and being done, I'd recommend you try running six laps. If you keep increasing it, even if you haven't mastered five laps without being tired, it'll be so much better. That's how I'm getting up to two miles - I'm on a mile and a half ... Anyway, good luck, and I'd be glad to help with some motivation :]
