Ht. 5'7", Wt. 212 - Hey all,
I currently weigh 212 at 5"7. Recently i have been feeling really down because of my weight...when in the past it didnt bother me. Im having a real problem feeling happy about myself...its no wonder i dont feel healthy. I know x-mas is coming up and the holiday season is alway tempting BUT im ready to do this...im ready to get on a diet thats healthy and lose this weight once and for all. I was wondering if any of you can help me. My dream goal is to lose 62 pounds and be at a healthy weight of 150 by june 2007. I would really appreciate anyone who can give me exercise's that has worked for them...i dont only want to lose weight i want to tone my body in the process...i think thats very important. Is 62 pounds by june 2007 a realistic goal can it be done??...i plan on exercising at least 6 days a week for 2 1/2 hours.
ps: if any of you needs a weight loss buddy im available.

well i want to lose weight to but its really weird that i cant cause i go swimming and run around but i still cant lose it and i also cant stay on a diet but the exercise that helped me the most was running with a friend and i hate running but if your with a friend it makes it a lot funner!
