Ht. 5'6", Wt. 205 - Every thing is normal in boring old wisconsin Wen i was walking home i saw the B.K and felt supper supper hungry and i'm not supost to eat fast food ccause MOM.I feel fat wen i eat there but it's so so so so good.i saw some of my X friends blaying ball.then i was called fat boy and bra boy and all thows nams i usd to call people before i became overweight. Now i no how it is to be calld fat and pudge belly .I gess i deserve to be called names.And 2 years ago i was the bully till i put on 65 pounds.My mom gets upset wenever som of my pants dont fit.being a fat boy in wisconsin is really hard.i want to lose it but it's winterand i'm still geting fater.I neen edvice plese

Do somewinter sports like skiing or sledding and do some things inside. My friend from Green Bay went back to visit a little while ago and said it was -6 at the time. So inside, do jumping jacks, crunches, squats, and push-ups, and if you have stairs run up and down them like, 10 times. Cut back on your portions, like don't go up for seconds and don't have full-fat desserts, unless it is a special occasion like a wedding, but DON'T have too much! Good luck and it is good that you don't put people down anymore!

I live in wisconsin too... i know how u feel well sort of, i mean i've lost most of my weight now, but i hate the feeling of not being able to workout outside. Think of it this way, we may get the crap weather, but sledding can be a hell of an excercise trying to get back up the hill

get out and exercise! cut out soda, fast food, etc. add in more fruits and vegetables, whole wheat, lean meats. don't deprive yourself, have a litrtle dessert every night, but no more than 150 calories. good luck!
