Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - alright so today was pretty good...for b-fast i had green tea and a banana...lunch half a turkey sandwich with carrots and flavored water...for din i had a salad and a yo-crunch yogurt for dessert. For exercise I ran 2 miles and went on the elliptical for 40 min...did i do good or did i do good? lol good luck everyone

Liek Orcy said, a little more calories would be good. Maybe add egg whites to your breakfast to add some protein which is really good for you. And drink a lot of water too. Good luck and keep up the good work!

what you ate was really healthy, but you need more calories. try to add maybe a little bit more to your breakfast, and maybe make your lunch a whole turkey sandwich rather than half
