Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - I am irritated. If I eat extremely healthy, I fail to exercise, but if I eat horribly I do like hours of cardio. I can't seem to be motivated to do both. I am truly serious about losing the weight and I am mad that it hasn't continued to come off. My goal is at least 140 by prom because I want to feel good in my own skin.

well, atleast what your doing will help you mainatin your weight rather than gain. Anyway, try to exercise in the morning. At first it will be hard, but it'll get easier and throughout the day you can remind yourself you don't want to snack to much because you don't want to ruin waht you already did
