Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - I am the tallest and largest of all my freinds and they are all super skinny i want to lose weight just to become healty again but the hardest part is eating healty at my school around lunch so i don't no what to take or what to eat during the day to help me lose weight. I excersie alot either walking home from the bus or walking to freinds house, jogging and i play soccer and i want to try kickboxing its the eating that is hard for me any ideas on how to eat better ???????

okay, see i used to have the eating part not down either so here's what you do. take it slower...and slower...ask your mom or dad to buy all the fruits or veggies you actually like and have them for lunch and snacks after school. and for lunch, something like a turkey sandwich with a water bottle and a lowfat yogurt is great...even if you have yocrunch thats not that bad. just think about it hard.....the food...or your shape and how oyu'll be wanting to look in the summer...you know? thats what i always say. or if you want something chocolatey, have a hot chocolate, that always works. its better having a drink than a food.
