Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - hey guys. breakfast-a little bit of eggs. a little potatoes, and a little bacon and half of a blueberry muffin. lunch- soup. in between lunch& dinner-all the servings of vegetables in vegetable soup. dinner- 2 pop tarts. exercise- walked downtown. jogged up my block. walked back from downtown.

there loaded for sugar n if u were to eat them eat them at the begining of ur day so ur body burns that off first n stead of eating it the last meal of the day...
