Ht. 5'9", Wt. 336 - 336 POUNDS WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!
I EAT HEALTHY BUT ALL I DO IS GAIN! ALMOST 20 POUNDS IN A MONTH! I WOBBLE LIKE A ANIMAL AND I CAN BARLY FIT IN OUR HALL WAY AT OUR HOME!
HELP!

hey first thing i have to say is calm down, that will make your blood pressure go way down. just limit food intake. eat your biggest meal in the morning and smallest in the evening. and just do anything. cleaning your room, walk down stairs, figget, it all burns calories so do as much as posible dont just stand there do something. when you sit down kick your legs it all burns calories do anything to keep moving. good luck

okay since ur bigger if u actually tried to eat heathly all the time n watch ur portions and exercise for atleast 30 min each day the weight will start coming off so fast cuz ur bigger but once u get smaller u have to add more excitment to boost ur energy and motivate u!!!!
