Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Okay, well I did some serious self-evaluation and came to the conclusion that food really isn't the problem...sure I still have goals and bad habits that I'm trying to break, but I think that I'm not seeing much physical difference because I don't exercise enough (although this week I exercised every day!) So I'm gonna try to exercise on most days, at least 3-4 times a week, just for 30 min. or so for a month and see if it makes some difference. :0) I'll post my food later.

sounds good :) exercsising is definetly the hardest for me to, but now that i do track im forced to exercise every single day. and i push myself a lot more than i normally would.
