Ht. 5'2", Wt. 195 - Here is what I had today. Breakfast 2/3 cup and water. For lunch chex mix not sure how much, water and a sandwhich oh plus my friend gave me a piece of orange. For supper two helpings of teryaki which has chicken, carrots, peas, green beans and one helping of mashed potoes and two helpings of fried potoes and water. For snack a 100 cal pak and a 110 cal breakfast bar. For my inches lost this week so far is 1/2 inch off stomach. I haven't done my exercises yet. I played dodgeball. HOW DID I DO

well if yuh drop the starch [potatos] your doing great! dont deprive yourself of them cause their good energy but thats like 2 serving right there. but good job!

I had cereal which had milk in it lol. I know what you mean. I can't drink a lot of milk or my stomach starts acting up

you need something with calcium like milk, i know it has alot of calories but its worse off not to drink it believe me
