Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - i lost like 1 pound this week blah but at least its a loss right? well im going to the gym later i havent been in a week!! i seem to crash alot (not literally) like ill be healthy for like 2-4 days then just stop going to the gym and eat really bad. it sucks but ivve just learnt to work really hard on the good days

well ive found that that happens w. me too....but i found that if i eat someting like an apple or a small salad before i go and work out, when im done im either not hungry or i want someting small and healthy because i think "well i already burned it off im not gonna waist it on a bag of cookies or friend chicken" so think...." if i dnt eat this 1 small thing, i will be closer to losing weight....think - thats 1 day closert to your goal!
