Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - dance, dance, dance people!! it's fun and it burns calories like that...that's right it burns calories so fast u don't even realize it because ur having so much fun!!! g'luck everyone and a tip...drink 2 glasses of water before every meal and then 1/2 a glass after ur first helping. Why? because studies show that not only does this get people into the healthy habit of drinking at leat 6-8 glasses a day which is great for ur immune system but it also prevents overeating and binging. add a little lemon juice and a little salt for flavor if necessary, which gives u vitamin c too. hope this helped!!
