Ht. 5'8", Wt. 175 - i weighed myself this morning and i gained 2 lbs! i'm so mad, because yes i haven't been doing my best, but ive been doing track and thats a ton of exercise.. i weighed myself with my clothes on though so that added a little weight but still.. GAH.. tips to get back on track PLEASE
