Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Hey when looking at the Nutrition Facts label in the back of foods...there are two types of calories...one is Calories and the other is Fat Calories. Which one do I look at and count? Thanks and good luck!

both....you dnt want it if its 2 many calories, and you dont want it if too many of the calories is from fat

You should look at both. First at the calories to see howmany are in the food. Then see how many calories are from fat. You do not want the calories from fat to be too high of a percentage. Good luck!
