well dats not very nice of her. she should be the one motivating you. but anyways think about it nd take it as motivation. once you lose weight they cant call yuh fat n e more! i know it hurts cuz family and other ppl call me fat but i brush it off even though it makes me wanna slap them

Ignore her! My goodness, I am so glad my mom doesn't do that to me! That is plain MEAN. Sure, my mom says I need to lose weight for myself, because she has been through what I have been going through, but nothing like that. Ignore her and tell her that her comments are very unmotherly and they are not appreciated because you are trying to lose weight to be healthy and you need her support. Then say that you get enopugh of that at schol and you do not need any more teasing, thank you very much. I am so sorry you have to go thru this and I hope she stops!

my family from my mom to my aunts and cousins have always called me names from chubbina to tubby to fatty, yea there real original. I learned to tune them out, and when it gets to be 2 much I dance or go to my karate class. Trust me by ignoring her and showing that her comments are not being listened to she will stop.

Tell your mom that if she calls you fat that she might get fat herself

I've been called fat by everyone my whole entire life and I just ignored it...yeah it hurts but 'fat' is just a word. IGNORE your mom. Some people think that by putting you down and calling you names like that it'll make you sad and want to lose weight when really...it breaks you inside. Don't let it break it, just brush it off. People will always talk.
