Ht. 5'2", Wt. 194 - I have a question I ate out today but did a lot of walking do I still need to workout.

If you did a lot of wlking than u burned more cals than u would have just sitting down or watching tv. You dont have to do a specific "workout" its more about just doing physical activity everyday cuz there are lots of ppl who come home from school and sit in front of the tv/computer all day and dont do nehthing. I think if uve done a lot of walking than that is probably good enough for today. But, of course, just walking everyday probably isnt enough to make u loose weight. But the whole point is too cange ur life style into a healthier one. So, yeah, sry this was long, but i hope it made sense.
