Ht. 5'4", Wt. 149 - What have you all been doing that you lose inches in your thighs cause that where i carry most of my weight and it just been going up

Do squats, plie squats, lunges, and run! Do 20 minutes of walking or running every day and do 20 of each toning excersize. Good luck to all!
