Ht. 5'7", Wt. 250 - Hey everybody...As you can see from my information above I am 16 5'7 250 lbs. I really want to start a new life style... Walking down the street and being called fat you get sick....but also want to do it for my own health...Also I am going on a trip with my friend Myrtle Beach in the summer...wanna lose weight by then..how much do you think should be my goal...and any tips on exercising like how much honestly do you exercise a day what do you do and how many...thanx in advance for your help

Well, I'm not a doctor or anything but given your height/weight ration...in my opinion, if you're aiming for like July in this trip I'd say you could lose anywhere from 30-50 pounds...maybe a little more maybe less...but like i said, not a doctor.

If your over weight it doesn't hurt to workout 1 hour a day 5-6 days a week. You can do it.
