Ht. 5'8", Wt. 185 - It's not starving yourself when you're not hungry enough to eat. I'm replying from my last post. I've done this before (eating 1000 cals or less) so It doesn't hurt you. Well it doesn't hurt me. I only eat when I'm hungry and most days its not very often. I'm upset about alot of stuff in my life so I'm never usually very hungry. My mind isan't on food.

how many diets plans have your read or heard about that are lower than 1200 calories?...yeah exactly...go ahead and keep on doing what you think is right because it's gonna back fire on you! but obviously you think you know whats right and whats wrong and we can't do anything to change that! hopefully you won't end up going into an anorexic style of thinking...which will probly eventualy happen

You may be getting low calories and losing weight, but your body is definately going to be starved for nutrients unless your entire diet is made of veggies and tofu. I mean three glasses of milk is 300 calories. You don't want to eat when your not hungry, but when you are you have to make sure that you're getting a varied diet. You do have to eat a little fat because you need it to cushion your organs, help nerves, create waxes, etc. So make sure your diet had atlest 1500. That's a good amount for great weight loss.

haha well even if your not hungry its still bad for you. don't try to convince us otherwise. why don't you discuss it with your doctor.
