Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Okay well because I've been sick I have homework to catch up on...so I can't do my normal food diary today. This is what I ate: Brekafast lowfat cheese toast (1 grian, 1 dairy), 1 cup low fat cocoa~~the one with antioxidents~~(1 dairy)/Snack 1 oz. peanuts (1 protein)/Lunch: small slice of meatloaf, 3 small low fat pieorgi (1 protein, 1 grain, 1 starchy veggie)/Snack:1 banana, 1 cup fat free milk (1 fruit, 1 dairy)/ Dinner: ink but hopefully something with proteins and veggies/Dessert: baked apple (1 fruit), slice of fat free No-Pudge brownies (homemade)

sounds great :) but isn't banana + milk bad for you? I heard both of them together are fattening or something even if it's low fat. I dunno but I used to have both together a lott before (tastes good) and when someone found out they said that was one of the reasons I was fat.
