Ht. 5'9", Wt. 200 - I just got a tredmill... so how long should i walk on it like 30 mins??? and how can I make it more fun?? O yeah just any random weight loss tips for me?? =)
Reply from Lindsey, Age 11 - 12/20/06 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx Thirty minutes is great, that is what I usually do. I go about 3 miles per hour on it and I burn quite a bit of cals. To make it more fun you can 1) turn on the t.v. while you do it, 2) listen to music or 3) read a magazine if you have a place to put it, like I do. I do all of them except for the t.v. because mine is in front of a window. Good luck!

I walk and jog 4 miles everyday on my treadmill but since you're just starting you can do 2 and move up or just stay 2 and do other cardio. It takes me about 70-80 mins to do 4 miles on the treadmill and whith my walkman on the time flies by and I burn like 430 calories. Good Luck!!
