Ht. 5'2", Wt. 194 - Their is a small book that's kinda like a magazine from the biggest loser. It has different exercises and other stuff in their like a daily food thing where you put what food you at. It also helps you lose a lot of weight in thirty days. I might go on it during christmas break and during january i'll start thursday
