Ht. 5'2", Wt. 215 - Hey guys! I want to some ways I can lose weight for summer. I am going to the beach right when school is out and I want to know how much weight I can lose by then. What should I do to exercise? We have an exercise bike I can use, but I don't really use it that much. What are some fun ways to exercise? Also, what are some good foods that aren't fattening or whatever? I used to do the Weight Watchers diet, but I stopped that. I really can't have much food on that diet. What do you guys think?

well if you go by the 2lbs a week rule you would lose about...48 lbs...yep 2*4*6...the lbs times the weeks in the month times the months till summer vacation.

combine things you like to do with exercise. You said you dont really like that bike. So put it in front of the tv, and everytime you want to watch, instead of sitting on the couch, sit on the bike and pedal. walk places, take the stairs, all those little things will help, if you do them daily. Dont go overboard with dieting, cuz i know from experience, if you mess up, you'll give up. Do little things. Have half the dessert, stop drinking soda. All these things combined will help!!

i tried weight watcher too and it didnt work for me either. theres nothing more you can do then diet and exercice.
