Ht. 5'4", Wt. 144 - okay i have a friend. she exercise everyday. but only eats breakfast. (penuat butter jelly) and then in the afternoon a lot of fruits for instance (orange, apple) so many. and she lost over 6 pounds in about 10 days. is that healthy or not?? because im planning to do this but eat alittle more. so what ya think? please let me know.
Reply from kate, Age 19 - 12/21/06 - IP#: 68.174.113.xxx no no, thats not healthy. You should be eating 1200cl a day. Exercising is a great idea, but you have to eat well too. Instead of pb&j for breakfast, have yogurt and granola, or oatmeal or something like that. Then a salad w/ chicken for lunch. and then of course something for dinner, ya like fish? just fill yourself w/o being stuffed, and dont eat what you know isnt good for you. Like the jelly in a pb&j is sooo filled with sugar, totally not worth it.
