Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I would like to set a goal for myself to lose 20 pounds, but I want to make it a "smart" goal (school thing) and put a time stamp on it. What should the date be to lose 20 pounds by??? I was thinking maybe...April 1st? Sooner? Later? What do you guys think? PLLLEASSSE REPLY. =)

I have 10lb. loss goal by May, LOL, so don' be disappointed if you don't loose as much as you like, not to discourage you or anything. Good luck, I'm sure you can loose at least 10lbs!!!
