Ht. 5'7", Wt. 178 - ok i lost 1.5 pounds its a loss but i expected like 3-4 pounds lost... wat am i doing wrong??? im trying not to get upset :( maybe im just destined to be fat forever...

no no no you have to understand that weight loss will not happen fast! youre probably doing great but maybe you need to boost it up a bit! try to exercise almost everyday and make sure your drinking plenty of water and not eating too much junk! youre on the way to weight loss. dont wry, when i 1st started my diet over, i lost only 4 lbs in like 3 weeks! but itll speed up trust me cuz ive been through it a few times. g. luck!

Oh yeah, not trying to get upset... sure. Anyways I told you you would feel like this if you did not lose what you had hoped. But you did not listen to me... Actually, 1-2 pounds per week is perfectly fine and reccomended by doctors because it is healthy.

yeah 1.5 lbs lost is wicked goood! awesome job! 3-4 lbs is a bit high for a week, so if you keep your goal 1-2 lbs a week its healthy and you wont be as dissapointed.
