Ht. 5'5", Wt. 157 - Hey everyone. Today I did my first session of billy's boot camp elite and I only made it 30 out of 55 minutes until I felt like passing out :-\. Should I have kept going?

Reply from amy, Age 16 - 12/27/06 - IP#: 68.4.96.xxx not if you felt like your gonna pass out. you should build up on your excersize start off walking like for example 5 minutes, the next increase your speed and do it for 10 minutes. like that but dont push yourself too hard
