Ht. 5'3", Wt. 160 - i keep doind bad on eatting. does anybody have any tips on not eating sugar and have and ideas to lose hip, stomach, and leg fat

for stomach fat u should try doing like sit ups like start at 20 every night and like add 5 to 10 sit ups every other night to your work out..oh ya and its good for your body to get into a routine so u should do the sit ups like at the same time every day.. good luck!

for leg fat u could run more like join the track team or something
