Ht. 5'5", Wt. 186 - how about if i workout for maybe 30 minutes in the morning before school starts would that help me? because usually when i come home from school im really tired and have homework so i end up not getting a lot of excersise.

yes if you workout before it will help it would be the same if you did 30 before you go to bed, just know it might be hard to get out of bed and do those workout routines, but if you do them in the morning you should have more energy and it will be out of the way it wont be one more thing you have to do when you get home
