Oh and also you can leave yourself notes and messages like "Good Job," and " Don"t Give Up!" Hope I helped Cingrats.

When I want to slip up, I think, 'Hey, I have a chance to look like this and I'm just about to ruin it. What am I thinking?" Another thing I do, when your starving all the time, in the earlier stages (be warned: it's kinda weird) is sit their hungry and be like, my body is burning fat. Its getting rid of some of this fat. Of course I'm not so hungry any more, but when your in the earlier stages. Just rememdber, you and only you have control over your weight. Good luck!

Also i have pics of me in journals and stuff and it makes me realize that i dont wanna look like this anymore. o and i watch FiTV and when i go to cheap stores like marshalls ill buy a shirt thats like a medium and ill hang it up and everytime i look at it it makes me motivated to fit it. g luck.

You are worth the fight. keep goign and rememebr its not that hard.
