Ht. 5'8", Wt. 208 - Hey, I'm new here and I've never done anything like this before. I mean joined a website or anything. Since it's a new year I would really like to try and lose some weight. Last year I was in basketball and lost weight but I've put it all back on. I'm in basketball again this year. I reallly like the sport and it's good exercise but I need to control my eating. So if you have any tips I would love to know. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a happy new year. I'll write more tomarro but for now I have to do some dreaded geometry homework lol.

Reply from Aquesha Stith, Age 15 - 01/03/07 - IP#: 208.22.108.xxx I think that it is an excellent thing that you play ball and you should keep doing it to if your having problems eating I think it would be good to set up a daily food plan to follow by during the week just to see if it works. That math homework is all good it shouldn't take long right unless the teacher gave you alot right you later by.
Reply from gabby, Age 15 - 01/02/07 - IP#: 74.64.70.xxx hey j, my suggestion for this week is to not take it do rough but to have a detox week. this si advice fo rall starters. cut out all white foods (i.e. white bread, white pasta, white rice.) and eat small portion of food when you are hungry. drink loads of water and try to eat more fruits and veggies and stay away from the bad stuff. if you cant fight cravings, have a small something to soothe it. dont fight your body. i wish you much luck and i want updates afte rthis week!
