Ht. 5'8", Wt. 206 - Today we won our basketball game!! Yay! Anyways I think I did better on my eating. For breakfast I had a glass of skim milk and an apple. Then for lunch I had a sandwich(turkey, lettuce,cheese, and pickles)chocolate milk and a few carrots. For dinner I had a turkey sandwich with a little mircule wip and cheese. For a snack I had a cheese stick after shcool and a apple after dinner. Tell me how did I do. I think it was ok. I did a good amount of exerciseing today. With my game. I'm going to do some situps right now. Later

not to bad, cheese is pretty high in fat and you had kind of a lot of it so limit it to once a day, rather than with your lunch and as a snack etc. otherwise good job
