Ht. 5'9", Wt. 177 - i need ot say something and i reall yod need all of your attention. many peopel on this site are beign immature, rude and hurtful to others. im begging you, we are here to encouarge and help eachother. no crash diets and no more putting people down, this is ridiculous!
