i will tell you how my sisters&mother lost weight and i hope you will try this because i seen from experience by my sisters and mother that what i am about to tell you to do... will work, and i am that positive. 1st of all no junk,at all (chips,pop,bars,chocolate,cake,cookies,pastreys,etc.) also no fast food at all (macdonalds,burgerking,pizza,garlic fingers).. 2nd of all after you cut out all those foods, i want you to eat cerial for breakfast and one slice of whole wheat toast and water. for dinner have a sandwitch,or soup or whatever just try to have something light and water. and for supper have what you would normally have for supper but it can't be something like frenchfries or hamburgers, try to have like more salads..i know its hard cuz i hate salads but eat like chicken breast and stuff..it is good and make sure you drink water with every single meal and nothing else. but don't drink too much water, it will make you sick feeling. and my mother and sisters didn't do any exercises except for walking, they walked almost every night and lost weight ...my mother lost 50 lbs in a year, and one of my sisters lost 65 lbs in 6 months. And also no eating after 8 oclock,that helps too....i hope you will try this and you will start noticing in 2 months time that you WILL lose weight.
