Ht. 5'5", Wt. 166 - Hey! Well during the holidays I was anywhere from 167- to 169 or 170 then back again, but right after that I started loosing water weight like crazy AND NOW I'M 166.4!!! I hope it stays off and that I continue to tone up and loose body fat! I feel more cnofident, less adicted to sweets, and physically stronger. I can't wait for sfotball to start, becuase last year I was 178lbs when I played!!!

Thanks Claire! My doctor told me I should be about 145-150 for my ultimate goal (based on my body type and stuff)and just in case you don't remember I started off here weighing 184lbs! P.S. That cake sounds great...I love Harry Potter too!

That's great that you're confident and less addicted to sweets! I'm more addicted to salty-crunchy things but I haven't had a french fry in like a year :) Softball...that's a sport! I hate sports but I'm gladd you're playing because it'll really help tone up your body with all that running and kicking (do you kick in softball? lol) You asked what I started off as and I started off weighing 210 lbs and my goal is 130! I hope you stay 166 also and get lower, don't worry you will. Good Luck! :)
