Ht. 5'9", Wt. 177 - im sort of at a plateau, any suggestions?

lower ur cals and exercise more. u usually go to a plateau when u lose weight and since u weigh less ur body has to not work as hard so it burns leaa calories, so just eat a little lower in calories and/or exercise more

thank you very much and kayla, i tried that last tiem and it worked amazingly. you're right! a day fo eatign whatever many times also speeds up your metabolism

The best thing you can do for yourself once you reach a plateau is to make a change. If you normally go for walks - run. If you normally run, try lifting weights or doing aerobics. The same goes with diet. If you're always eating tuna at lunch, eat a different high protein food that you like. That's how you work around plateau's.
